We use USPS as our shipping carrier for all orders.

We ship ON WEEKDAYS ONLY!

PLEASE make sure your shipping address is correct. If it’s not correct your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund. 

ProcessingNormally it takes up to 48 hours when orders are placed on business days (Monday- Friday) Due to increased volume may take UP to 96 hours.

ShippingMAY take up to 12 business days for items to arrive to you. Once items are shipped we will immediately provide you tracking information via email. Please be advised, This is a small business so we will do everything we can to make sure your items arrive to you in a timely manner. 

Standard shipping (with tracking)- Approximate delivery 7-10 days 

Express shipping *CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE*- Approx. delivery 1-2 business days, EXCLUDING weekends, holidays, & Federal Reserve Days.

Express Shipping cont.- Placing express orders DOES not guarantee “faster shipping” all orders must go through processing & prep before being dispatched for shipment CAN take up to 96 hours. Approx. delivery is overnight or 1-2 business days. 

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, YOU MUST CONTACT the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
